·   Worked closely with Project Manager to determine funding requirements for over 150 new sites.

·   Offer Management Department Database: Checked daily for new vendor PO’s and uploaded any new PO’s we received into this database, also provided upper management with a report weekly on all new PO’s we received for budget purposes

·   Project Analyst: Primarily responsible for ensuring that complete and accurate project budget information is updated in Excel and Oracle by required deadlines working closely with Project Finance Manager.

·   Project Accountant: Responsible for preparing monthly profit and loss statements on project.  Work closely with Project Managers on billing distributing F/S per project.  Provide Project Managers percentage of completion on turnkey project and revenue and expenses in project, including capturing all expenses to be billed.
